The only way dean likes to do business is to bullying women. We was emailed twice within a 6 month tenancy saying our rent was late when infact it was a day early. We signed up for a 6 month tenancy which then was meant to go onto a rolling monthly contract as stated on our paperwork, regardless of this Dean still demanded if we wanted to continue renting sunnyside cottage we needed to sign another 6 or 12 month tenancy. Upon moving in the electric was in debt and left with no oil heating whereas we was told we had to leave some when leaving. Due to covid we was without heating for the first 2 weeks with 4 young children. The house was dirty upon renting but yet we lost some of our deposit from let us let u and the landlord claiming we left it dirty. So much potential of the property, we painted several rooms and even replaced 2 carpets but with how we was treat from the agency we decided as much as we loved the house it was more hassle then worth! We didnt fight the lack of deposit we got back due to the stress that we got from the agency was more than enough and wanted to walk away and just let others know what the agency are like. Review is worth more than money. We will wait for a reply from dean on our review as it seems to be let us let u cannot take critism.

Very dissatisfied with the work of this agency. The sockets did not work at the entrance to the house, the repair was done very poorly and there were stains of paint on the walls, window mechanisms were also inoperative, some windows were cracked. The agency promised me to quickly solve these problems, but the repair work was completed only after two years of my stay in this house. I had to do half the work myself. Also, upon entering the house, it turned out that the house had debts on bills, which I also paid on my own, and the agency did not return anything to me. Several times the agency warned me about a planned visit, I took a day off at my own expense at work, but no one came. When I left home, the agency refused to return my deposit, citing the destruction in the house that was there before I moved to this house. I am very upset by my experience with this agency and I do not recommend anyone renting a property through this agency.
