Good, safe approach to lockdown shopping - Tell the guy outside what you want, go inside to a waiting area and when they have your item you go to the Covid-safe purchase desk and pay/collect the item. Not sure if this would work in a busy situation or if you needed to look at several items before buying the correct one - In that situation click and collect is a better option.

Ordered new headlight bulbs online and for them to be fitted at the store. Was very pleased with the communication with regards to my order being ready. I walked in the store they were ready to go, staff were lovely and friendly so can't fault them. The guy that fitted my bulbs was excellent too. Both bulbs fitted within less than 5 minutes. From beginning to end the whole experience took around 15-20 minutes. Can't argue with that. One pleased customer. Thanks.
