Matt was both our buying agent, and listing agent as we searched for our new forever home. He answered every question we had within minutes, and was extremely friendly through the whole process. From a buying side he had great recommendations for financing, and we felt like we got a great deal from sellers. Our house had excellent pictures, listing, and information which lead to over 30 showings with our property. We accepted a deal within 48 hours of listing (which fell through due to buyers financing), and Matt remained positive through the process. We got the listing active, and again had another accepted offer within 48 hours of posting our listing. Matt shows dedication, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We cannot thank him enough for his time and energy for our family.

Today is the 4th day since snowfall that the laneway still has not been cleared and none of the ice around the entryway sanded! Wife fell this morning on that ice. Also may I mention the neighbor apartment building was clearned the same day the snow fell! Makes me wish I lived one building down so I wouldn't have to deal with this BS. Oh and did i mention I did call back the day after as well as my wife and just about everyone in the building! everyone got the same message \I will make a note and see that it gets passed along\ BS!!! Other this company doesn't care or they blew the money they make on themselves or they have the worst system EVER for communication!
I enlisted Matt with Braemore Realty as both my selling and buying agent and found him to be absolutely fantastic to work with! He was always professional, on time, prepared for our meetings and was honest and up front with me during the entire process! Matt had my home sold in less than 30 days and he helped me find and purchase my dream home with ease! I would highly recommend Matt to anyone needing a Realtor!
Stay away from this company. Whether you are a renter, landlord, prospective employee, or business. Crooked, incompetent, and overall just a terrible business in every way. Don't let the new office or few positive reviews fool you (positive reviews are mostly from their friends). Could cite several examples but if you really want to know more talk to literally anyone who has had to deal with them. A lady named Erika who works there openly makes racist comments in the office, for starters. It's a matter of time before this company is exposed on TV for their behavior and business practices.
I would just like to say that we are very happy with the response that we have had from Braemore management. Like with every business there is some hiccups however, Erika at Braemore went over and above to make sure that we had solutions to any issues we had.
