Great service! Have had a few hitches installed and have been happy every time. Back in July I had a front bumper hitch installed on my F350 Left the shop and head gor summer camping the day after. It wasn't till then that I noticed the bumper didnt seem to line up correctly after the hitch was installed, Unfortunately I could not get the truck back to them until 4 months later. the manager Steve and the installer (didn't get his name) Were quick to help and had back in the bay ASAP to investigate. No run around, no this was your fault you must have done something after us nothing. Just good old customer service. I'll support these guys every chance I get!

Amazing service! I walked in the store with no appointment or phone call beforehand as my truck had a broken tonneau cover. I was not pushed to buy the best, and ended up getting a less expensive practical cover for my needs. It was in stock and installed on the spot. Kudos, Cap-It!

Bought my topper from them a couple years ago, a little screw fell out and chris at the front desk spent weeks trying to track down a replacement calling the manufacturer and other suppliers. After finding out the screw could not be ordered or found elsewhere he found an old topper and gave me the screws off that topper FREE of charge. Amazing customer service and I will be back for sure.

I looked around at different places for product and prices. Their selection was better! Also the box cover for my truck was almost 800 less at their shop compared to the other local competition. Steve the manager was very polite, respectful and not pushy at all. I was impressed with their store, service and selection.
