Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are happy to check any piece of jewelry even just to give you some knowledge on the compositions and or base metals without having to pay, pawn, or sell. Full of all sorts of fun odds and ends definitely worth even just checking out.

Misleading hours wasted gas going across town to go in and find out its closed when it says it's open till 4 so false advertisement horrible service!!! Would not recommend going!

Every time I have dealt with the Lethbridge team they have been very professional and understanding. I'd really like to acknowledge a certain staff member in particular who went above and beyond to serve my needs. Her name is Yvonne and she is an absolute sweetheart who understood my needs and worked to a very satisfactory level to make me happy. She definitely deserves a raise!!! Thanks Yvonne!!! Went in again today and had a very complicated task. Rod was super knowledgeable and friendly as well as personable. We figured out the problem in a time consuming and patient manner and we both laughed on the way out. Keep up the good work guys!!!
