Amazing! Booked an appointment with Kelly. I didn't know what I wanted, but she listened to my concerns, took my lifestyle and hair texture into consideration, and picked a direction. We made a plan and then adjusted it as we went along. I went from a near shoulder length asymmetrical bob with a low hairline to an even chin length bob with an undercut. I didn't know that I was ready for an undercut, but Kelly did. I love it! There's no doubt that this will be my salon in Lethbridge. Next time we'll add some rainbow colour in there!

I've been going to Maddy at Chrome for 2 years now and have always had the absolute best experience. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with a positive atmosphere, happy staff, and I always leave extremely happy with how my hair turns out. I definitely recommend this salon!

I had an awesome first experience at Chrome! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the salon was adorable (and clean!) I got a gel manicure done and my nails look amazing. Tiffany did my nails - shes super talented and friendly. Im already excited for my next appointment!
