We purchased a new home from Daytona in early 2018, and I have purposely waited to do a review so I can be fair and see how the quality of service was after the purchase. Their customer service has been great. I have called about a few items and they always respond to my calls and correct the issues. They are professional, friendly and have been easy to deal with. I have been in my home for almost two years now and I feel they have been very reasonable, and have had no issues with their service. Based on my experience I would recommend Daytona.

My family and I lived on the north side for years and thought we would never move to the west side. Just over a year ago we bought a Daytona home in Copperwood and we have loved it even since. Daytona really builds a great home. Every employee we have dealt with has been great and very professional, from the sales staff, office staff and all the way through to the warranty department. I absolutely recommend looking into buying a new home through Daytona. They really do care about building a high quality home.
The gas stove top has little damage on it when we took the possession of the house in Nov. 2018. They took note of it and promised that it will be replaced. After almost 6 months, it has not been replaced yet. The microwave has been replaced twice or thrice already but still it needs to be replaced because of the big dent on the rear corner of the microwave. It has been almost three months since they said they will replace it but never heard from Daytona neither from the appliance supplier. The microwave is not usable because it looks like something is burnt inside(electronic/electrical). I sent complaint text messages to Warranty Superintendent but no reply. Daytona Homes has very poor aftersales support.
The excitement of moving into a new home is hardly comparable to anything else one has experienced. Many people that have purchased "NEW" homes with other builders experienced problems with the builder as well as the sub trades. My experience with Daytona Homes Lethbridge is beyond my expectation - from the general manager to the sub trades. All have shown team work resulting in Total Customer Satisfaction; a feat that most companies strive for but seldom achieve. I love the workmanship as well as the "Solid Integrity" of the company as well as their sub trades and sales consultants. Daytona Homes Lethbridge exceeded my expectations of a new home builder; a first class builder indeed! I strongly recommend Daytona Homes; they are particularly customer orientated during the sale as well as after the sale. Steven L.
If you are looking for a new home here in Lethbridge here is a home builder that cares. Enter any show home and you will find someone who is welcoming and will do their very best to help you out. The office staff are an amazing group of people. Whether you have a question before, during or after your home sale there will certainly be someone there to assist or at least point you in the right direction.

I bought daytona. Ongoing struggles with a number of things in the home. I feel like they pay for bottom end trades which sucks and ive been dealing with the aftermath of then cutting corners for years in this home. I do like the layout though and some of the finishes are of good quality. Ohhhhh and please notice that there is a glowing google review from Ben Larson on daytona Lethbridge. Lol, he is their warranty supervisor.
