Yes they do run shorter hours then most banks now days but there service is great. They all know me by name and do what ever is possible to help me out. My mortgage is there and rate is fantastic.

So far impossible to speak to a person. Hours of operation are terrible. Closing our account as soon as we are able to actually get to the bank.
