Super disappointed with their customer service. I called multiple times over 6 weeks to get a quote on two flights of stairs custom handrail. Each time I was told they were \super busy and would get back to me\. I never got a call back. Their receptionist finally said they would send someone to see the job over the next week or two if I was at home all the time. Apparently the owner (who does the quotes) just decides on a whim if he is going to go do measures/quotes on a given day or not. Very unprofessional to not return calls, make appointments and follow through.

Had our entry way wrought iron rails, which dated back to the early 70's, redone. We removed the plastic cap and they welded on a metal cap, sandblasted and powder coated it the colour of my choice. I found they were very profession, did exactly what we requested and were very, very prompt as being without the rails was a safety issue. One of the other amazing things was that they were half the price of the company I contacted in Calgary. We're from outside of Lethbridge and had to deliver them and pick them up regardless. I would definitely recommend them.
