I had a great experience at LensCrafters today the gentleman was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. Yuvi is definitely an asset to this company. I recommend anyone to make a trip to this store as all the staff are very courteous.
Great experience with them dealing my returning frames and getting a new one! The manager or optician are the best one to talk if you have high power lenses or your eye needs care more than fashion. At first I thought I am paying a lot of money for my glasses but their exchange and return policies are hassle free and smooth. I was always welcomed when I had an issue with my frame and my power changed. Always try to buy the coverage if you buy expensive glasses.

It was nice to shop at LensCrafters. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and just wanted to browse. Joy let me know about the deals going on, and let me know that she would be available for assistance, and then let me shop. It was such a nice change to the usual hounding. When I chose the frames that I wanted, Joy helped me out with pricing and the gentleman that was there got my prescription sorted etc. They were so nice and efficient to deal with and I would definitely recommend the store to anyone!!
