Purchased a screen protector from Mike's Place a few months ago and sure enough....dropped my phone yesterday. I was positive I had cracked the screen but nope!! The screen protector did it's job & Mike replaced it for me completely under warranty... no charge!!! Mike is great and very knowledgeable. He has always given me excellent advice on my technology questions!!

From fixing broken phone screens, security surveillance systems, photography straps, Go Pro (& gear) and even Drones, this guy knows and provides all things tech! He pretty but eats and breathes tech. Mike is an avid learner and he generously shares what he knows for no extra cost while he is serving you. His store also stocks those need right now item that even Amazon can't Get to you quick enough Like cords, device converters, cameras and some gently refurbished tech devices. Today, I was desperate for a very specific back up drive cord and he brought out his well organized stock to help me find the right solution immediately. Yes, you can do some of what he does on your own if you have tons of time, years of an practice and you can risk not getting it right or you can save your precious time, have sweet peace of mind, flawless service and knowledge that you are helping a man provide for his local family. AND he supports local businesses himself. WIN WIN.
Amazing! Mike was so honest about what is needed to get done on my phone! I was quoted 65 by the guy at the Park Place Mall saying it's a charging port issue but eventually refused to do it when I said I'm gonna watch! At Mike's Place I was told right away that it only needs cleaning! Mike did it and didn't even charged me!I'm recommending Mike's Place to get your phones issues fixed.
I received prompt and professional service when I went to Mike's Place for help related to my Samsung cell phone which was not charging. Despite my efforts to force a payment on him, he refused to accept anything. Lethbridge needs skilled tech service businesses and I am willing to pay for it. A satisfied customer.

I have been to Mikes space several times for everything from phone repair to a new phone . The last visit was dedperstlybtrying yo get a drone repaired. Not what they really specialize in but they were more than happy to do what they could and were able to get it flying again. Highly recommend!! Amazing service and always at a very reasonable rate. 5 stars all day long!!!
