Even under new ownership, worse than ever.There are always mechanical issues with the 2 elevators in a 16 floor apartment complex. One elevator wouldn't be working for weeks at a time. On one occasion that I am aware of, both elevators were not working at all for hours. This latest time time was on boxing day 2020; first day both elevators were not working at all. This continued for a couple of days. Despite the claim of this being a smoke free building, it is not. There are times where there is a strong odor of cigarette smoke inside the apartment and even sitting on the balcony.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment building to anyone. The water is shut off every few days, pipes burst weekly, and the fire alarm goes off constantly. It’s very hot during the summer and you are unable to turn down the heat. Every windy day the windows rattle to such an extent that you will not sleep. It’s also extremely overpriced for the quality and size of the suite. The management tried to evict my roommate and I, who have never caused a single problem, simply because they lost paperwork and didn’t realize who was living in the suite. They sent it on Christmas, and they only realized the paperwork was lacking since we sent them a card wishing them happy holidays. The only things this building has going for it is friendly maintenance staff and the location.

Worst rental company ever. It WAS an okay place to live but they seem to be very judgemental against certain people.
