Watch has needed to be sent out for the second time for a battery change. The first time it look so long I suggested returning the then, brand new watch. This time I'm warned that it may take longer than usual...due to Covid. Both times have been because watch stopped working after the battery has died. Poor quality? Or poor service. Either way, I'm disappointed with Paris Jewellers. I'm thinking it may be easier in the long term to buy another watch...even if I've spent 200 on this one.

Very friendly staff and very personable. Going into jewelry stores makes me nervous, but the lady we talked to made the experience very comfortable! Also super good deal on some wedding rings we purchased.

Solid store! I only go in to get jewelry advice from Shaylona! She’s the women you need to go see. Always friendly and very knowledgeable, about products on hand. I’m always leaving that place with a wallet less full. All around great place!
