Today was my first time at Party City. Normally, my wife does all the shopping, because I don't enjoy it. I walked in, and immediately found it overwhelming. It was so big, and with so much stuff! How was I ever going to find what I needed? After about 45 seconds of wandering around lost, I was found by a guy who offered me help. I said, "My little Power Rangers fan is turning 4 this weekend." He knew exactly what that meant, and walked me to the exact section I needed. I found some really cool stuff for my son's birthday, and I'm really looking forward to his reaction. When I got to the front, the girl working working till blew up the balloons I found, added ribbons and a weight, and even put them in a special bag for me go bring home. Fantastic first impression. The employees that helped me deserve commendation.

Not too impressed with how my balloon was blown up...it looks pretty deflated in some areas (it's a dump truck). For how much the balloons cost, it's kinda disappointing. They do have a great selection of party supplies, and I usually receive pretty good service.

Great service and sometimes some surprise deals. They helped us replace an item that broke as soon as we got home. Fixed it right away. Thank you!

Very similar to the other party cities, got some black face paint. However they don't have the outfit pieces I'm looking for (ie elastic corset)

I like the selection in the store, but the staff need to gain some customer service skills. I wondered around the Halloween section today a d couldn't find a sales person, I waited at the till for over 5 mins before I was asked if I was waiting to pay... When I told the girl I wanted to get a costume for my daughter I got an eye roll, like it was such an inconvenience for her to do her job, when she did bring the costume out of the back she just threw it on the table and walked away. ( I understand not handing it directly to me, and maintaining social distancing, but I don't think that customers need to be treated like that.) The girl at the till was friendly, seemed like might have been an new employee.

Party City store is a good store, but no much happiness with the customer service or employees, we went yesterday to buy some stuff and the front lady on the till was not very nice with us and very unhappy when we asked to for some products. Terrible service

Poor customer service Love the store and the wide variety of products in the store. However, I do not like the poor sometimes syndical or condescending attitude from some of the employees. For the second time in just over a month my wife and I have shopped for party paraphernalia and when we have questions about products, the reply’s are short, and borderline condescending. I don’t expect the “red carpet “ but if I have a question i like a friendly response. I do really like the selection in the store so I give three stars for the store.
