We were looking for a second car after we sold our beloved 2006 Honda CRV to our daughter. Our main car is a Subaru Outback so we wanted something smaller, but still with all wheel drive, and there aren't too many small cars with that feature. Did we need another Subaru? Well, my research rated the Impreza and Crosstrek very highly, so we went to Subaru of Lethbridge to see for ourselves. We worked with Brad White who was very helpful walking us through the exploration process. We left there with lots to think about, and even considered other manufacturers, but decided to buy an Impreza based on value, a rich package of features and the driving experience. We were also impressed with the Impreza’s style inside and out. Overall, the purchasing experience was positive, and everyone we met at the dealership was pleasant and eager to help. We’re very happy with our decision.

I would like to state there's only one star because I had to pick at least one. We bought a 2015 outback all certified and warrantied up to have the whole wheel break off on scenic one morning 7 weeks after we bought it. 2 warranties on the 'certified' vehicle and neither one will cover it and no one has said any reasons why, no paperwork with warranty info of coverage was given to us at any time and no one has told us anything about what the coverage is even protecting us against. Also appare ntly the fact that we had great experiences with our previous Subaru we hadn't done deep research. Now we find out that Subaru actually has a flaw with their stuff getting hairline cracks which is what happened with our car. Would love to start a class action here if anyone is interested or if this has happened to you.
