They got me a great quality part for a fraction of the cost the dealer was asking. Great customer service and very helpful.
The Gear Center's warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I bought a used truck that had drive train issues, so I sent the parts into Gear Center to get overhauled. With very few km on the drive train it started to act up again. I then contacted the Lethbridge Gear Center about my issues. I cannot believe that I had to deal with such a rude and obnoxious person as I had to deal with at the Lethbridge Gear Center. He told me Gear Center's repairs never fail and that I abused the truck to have them fail. He told me to bring the parts down so they could check them out, but was sure they had been abused. I brought the parts down to them and they found issues with the transfer case and of course it was my fault. It is amazing how I then bought a used transfer case from a wrecking yard, put over 30,000 km on it and it is still going. I wold not recommend Gear Center for power train rebuild as they do not stand behind their work...if it fails it is your fault.
Kyle went above and beyond for me , I highly recommend the gear centre.
This place along with Pat's Driveline use weak parts and when they break,blame it on operator error to weasel out of covering the cost on warranty. They also quoted 7500. As the price but by the time they sheister you it was 11300. I would never use either of their services again especially as their warranty is worth less than 2 sheets of toilet paper found in any service station washroom. If I need anything done I take it to precision mechanical in Nobleford as Dave is great to deal with and if any warranty work is needed it's done right away with no hassle.

Awesome fast, friendly service, very knowledgeable. Kyle is the man when it comes to transmissions rear ends and PTOs. Ask about a limited slip for your 2wd pickup for the winter!
