Great professional services offered here. If you are doing a land transaction it would be worth your while to see one of the lawyers from this office. Over they years I have used four different lawyers out of this office and every real estate transaction I have done has been completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Over twenty five transaction done here. Also did both my mother and father's estate here. They did this in a timely manner that was also completed in a caring way. After the death of a parent a fellow is never at his best and it was done carefully with respect for my loved ones. Can't say enough at how pleased I was. Thank you for years on great service.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent lawyers office in Lethbridge and their Fort Macleod office is also ranked the same. There is no courtesy calls to us the customer to inform us on diffent issues that came up. Also the Lawyer that we saw to sign the house papers in Fort Macleod and wanted to deal in Fort Macleod (as i have lived here for over 75 years) apparently went to Utah and we were assigned a Lawyer in Lethbridge office without even telling us. Then after 3 months the final dispursement was sent to the bank only for them to call us to say the account was closed. Yes alot changed in 3 months and one of the accounts we did close. I asked why they could not have given us a courtesy call to let us know of the final dispusement we would have told them the account was closed and we would have picked it up. Also they charged us 15.00 to take our cheque to the bank as a courier fee i asked if they could reverse that charge and the office manager said no it is already done to much work to amend it. Oh but they had already charged us over 750 for the closing costs of our house sell from our first dispursement.
