We shopped around to a few places in town and decided to go with ultimate spas, the service was great, the price we paid was fair, they had lots of inventory where we found other places didn't have as much selection for tubs in stock. Our new tub was delivered within a few days and we are still very happy with our hot tub! Thanks again!

So very very happy with the whole experience of purchasing our new hottub. From answering all our questions in the showroom, helping to arrange our financing, installation and delivery, and now relaxing all year long.
Top shelf. No pressure to buy anything. They were great in giving advise even tho i purchased the tub else where.
I have owed a hot tub, form another manufacturer, in the past and when I went to Ultimate Spas to look, they immediately made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain the different feature and the salt system and they always made me feel valued. I decided to purchase a tub and from that point on, the tub, the staff and the service has been second to none. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my tub is what I had hoped for and I would highly recommend purchasing a tub from them.
We did an in-ground pool with Ultimate Spa's and are very happy with the result. Its a big project that is time sensitive and I thought they did a great job getting it all put together on time and on budget.
Great place, amazing staff. Sheldon, Devon and Jason has been a pleasure to deal with so professional and knownlegable. We had put a deposit on another compies spa and got it back to buy one from ultimate spa. They gave us an amazing deal and top notch service no complaints we highly recommend them to everyone.
