Honestly I can't say anything negative about Visual Effects. I have dealt with them for many years. Pretty much since I started wearing glasses. Dr Jeff Nielson is friendly and very professional. After purchasing a pair of glasses there a person can go back at any time for concerns and adjustments for no extra charge. I recently had a problem with a pair of glasses and they took care of it promptly and efficiently. Also no charge. They do stand behind their products and their work. Thank you Cole for your exceptional service and for caring.

Dr. Melissa Leniuk was amazing with our whole family! She is very professional, but also makes the experience enjoyable. The kids enjoyed their eye exams, and she showed us pictures of our eyes that no other eye doctor has ever shown us.
Admittedly, I'm not easy to please and mistakes happen. It was the casual attitude towards my issues that got me in the end.
I recently purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses at your store. I feel that I received exceptional service from Scott. He was personable and very knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get right in when I arrived at the store. I had called ahead to make an appointment because of Covid19. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my friends. Thanks Scott for taking care of my need for glasses.
Great people to deal with (Cole especially!) , lots of guidance with the process of picking out glasses which made the situation easy and fun thanks again!
My wife tried to make an appointment and it took 4 return calls to confirm coverage by my insurance. She took time from other commitments to meet their appointment where she was told there was only a note, not confirmation of insurance coverage. She was shocked to be offered to split the price which was unprofessional. Neither the acting receptionist or the doctor was interested in insurance coverage. I cannot recommend Raymonds Visual Effects office and understand why it is empty when I drive by. I give them one star because this is the least I can.
