Looked for apartments today with my brother and Westhaven was a great place. It was very quiet, had lots of sunlight and was enjoyable!

Westhaven have been amazing to both my wife and I. Any time there has been any issue it's been resolved incredibly quickly. We had an issue with our washing machine; we called and when we came home the following day they had installed a brand new one for us. Jennifer and her team are great to work with, if your looking for a place to stay on the west side that's super close to a supermarket and all kinds of good stuff it's the place to be. Neighbors have been great; no disturbances or anything. The price we paid for a 3 bedroom townhouse with the amenities we have at our disposal is very reasonable.

The landlords and staff are quite friendly and always available to answer questions. The buildings are a bit older, but the price is good for what you get. We enjoyed our time here overall.

My elderly sister rented a unit for two years here. Maintenance guy (Mike) was wonderful - can't say enough good stuff about him, friendly too. Staff were very friendly. She had to move out as she needed a care home and only spent 3 months of the 12 months the lease was for last year. Comes the walk-through for the damage deposit and I felt robbed. This person (Dianne) who works there has a very inhospitable attitude. I hired a cleaner to come in to clean the apartment. Ðianne charged me 75 because the oven was not up to her specifications (it's probably a fossil on top of it). Then she charges 50 to clean the inside of the washing machine???? There was no mess there that I saw. Oh yes and 20 for labor. So much for trying to leave a clean apartment. Should have left the mess it was in before, complete with junk, and let them fix it up for 250. At least I'd have gotten my money's worth. And Dianne (with her attitude) should get a job where people are not involved. The 1 star is mainly for Mike (who should get 5 by himself) and the other staff who were at least FRIENDLY! Want to know why their damage deposit is so low? They have NO intention of ever giving it back.
