We had to take a break of our vacation and get an ambulance to the hospital early in the morning. Despite it was a holiday, the service was very good. Communication (in English) was no problem. The doctors took their time to take care of the patient and made sure that everything is fine. Due to the fact that there is an own department for tourist and our travel insurance, the payment process was quick and easy.

Went to see Doctor Mert Keskinbora today, an orthopaedic surgeon regarding problems with my feet, how kind and sympathetic he is recommending a conservative approach to my problem. Very professional, caring and speaks English too, a relief for me knowing he is there to help. Thanks Doctor Mert :)

Paid to get blood tests done 13/09/2019 still waiting for the results to three of the blood tests today 27/09/2019 (we were told they would take 1 week to come back). We called but got told to pop to Letoon. We went two days ago 25/09/2019 only to be told that if we had to have come there 10 minutes earlier, we could have seen the doctor! We didn't/don't need to see the doctor! We only need my blood results (Only went there because Esnaf hastanesi was full and needed the results for Doctors in Cyprus for Dr HIT, an IVF doctor) we will have to get them redone at esnaf. Totally ridiculous waiting for results that might not ever come.

I giving 2 stars for the only nurse who could speak English and once you got to know she was very helpful. My daughter was admitted to this hospital for 3days after visiting a local doctor who diagnosed Gastroenteritis. Except for the one nurse we were met by a wall of silence I was sick of asking for information to be told \ no speak english\. We have been holidaying in Turkey for the last 17years and never before had any problems communicating. After several tests including Ultrasound, MRI, blood , infusions, antibiotics drips and even being told she had possible appendicitis three days later confirmed the original doctors diagnosis. All paid for by holiday insurance of course. During her 3 days my daughter was not given a gown to wear and on her first night had to sleep in her day clothes. I had to leave her and go back to the hotel 25minutes away by taxis to collect pyjamas to make her more comfortable. Her bed was not made or changed during her stay. Food was inedible and drinks had to be bought as they are not supplied not even water.

My father had a tachycardia attack with nausea dizziness in tuana hotel, we called the ambulance and got to this hospital. They made ECG, took blood sample for analysis(chloride, potassium, calcium, AST, ALT, creatinine, uric acid, troponin , glucose) and called for spacialist cardiologist \Dr. UFUK\. He came, took a look on the ECG asked my father few questions, listened through the stethoscope( nothing unusual, the basic check up procedure). OUR BILL IS 650 EUROS !!!!!!!!!!!!650 EUROS!!!!!!!!!!! Of which 140 euros are for the cardiologist who spent 5 minutes no more with my farher(patient) and 117 euros for ambulance transport. Very bad treatment!!!NO MEDICATION, NO IV infusion. For 5 hours no medical personnel entered the waiting room asking my father how is He, Dr. UFUK the cardiologist left within the first few minutes with no diagnosis no treatment and no farewell. THIS IS CALLED ROBBERY

If I could I would give zero stars. Please if you are in Turkey on holiday do not go to Letoon Hospital. My grandson was involved in the most horrific accident whilst we were on holiday in July. He is 15 years old. He was taken by ambulance to Letoon Hospital - was left on a broken trolley for 5 hours before being taken to intensive care - apart from an x Ray no other treatment was given. Eventually being taken to intensive care on a broken trolley (his father having to lift the trolley to protect his son from further damage). Waiting another 2 hours before surgery- in all this time staff demanding to be paid 15000. My grandson had smashed more than 2/3rds of his face!!! Because we were unable to pay immediately the hospital then withheld any aftercare - no antibiotics, no painkillers, no care, only that given by his dad and mum and me. Scared to leave his side for fear of what they would do to him. They were charging 250 for a room a night - absolute filth! No-one was interested in caring for our boy - they just wanted money and more money ..... please do not go to this hospital - they dont accept insurance payments but Lokman hekim esnaf is a good private hospital - as we found out later.

Initial first visit very good, Doctor Osman Kurtulus very friendly (sorry if I have spelt his name wrong). Second visit for my operation, had a very long wait and not until I went and asked was I told there had men an emergency, eventually had my operation Doctor and operating staff very kind. Returned to my room to recover but had to stay in the night due to the delay. When the anesthetic wore off had a desperate need to visit the bathroom, took 8 times of calling to get attention by then it was too late. No means of calling attention unable to get out of bed. Treatment by a member of the Tourism Office (not Turkish spoke very good English)was insulting and rude, due to a misunderstanding called me a liar in front of other members of staff and again when I returned on the next two occasions, even my friend and neighbour was angry at the comment she made, she is Turkish. This person is in need of going on a training course on customer relations Cannot thank the Doctor enough for his kindness and treatment but I shall not be going to Latoon again
