Always a pleasure to come back here. The service is excellent, rooms comfortable and the spa is really relaxing. Cherry on the cake, a personalized welcome and they remembered my pillow choices which was waiting for me. Thank you to the staff for making us feel special!!!

I love this town, but all in this hotel looked like 3-4 * hotel, no 5* ️ we took deluxe room, bathroom was served only for one person, receptionists did not answered my questions about town facilities, instead providing information that spa is for free for us , and if I want a glass of still water before breakfast I can buy from mini bar ️ no renovation, spa looks very poor breakfast no tasty, serving with nutella for example (I had tried all from a la carte)️
Hotel is well-located near the slopes and eateries whilst still quiet. The rooms are pleasant and spacious. However, the design is slightly dated but this is normal for hotels in the area. The breakfast was great - a continental buffet with a-la-carte eggs. One star removed for the state of the indoor bath - it looks very old and just not welcoming. But the service and amenities provided like tea/nuts and a hot cupboard for your robes are nice.

Awesome hotel!! The spa is exactly what you need. Sauna, indoor and outdoor pool. Excellent restaurant. Great service by everyone we encountered. I would highly recommend this place
Friendly stuff, very helpful and service oriented. Big rooms, very clean and accommodating. Wonderful view. Good WIFI connection. Nice bar and really good restaurant (La Malvoise). The spa pools both inside and outside are also good.
