All staffs so friendly, very tasty foods. I was so interested when the kitchen Chef made the pizza dough. Specially my room cannot ask for a better view. I enjoy my holiday a lot. Thank you \u003c3

Friendly staffs, great restaurant. But the elevator ride is rather spooky, especially when the lights turned off automatically in their corridors... Their pasta and pizza were truly delicious!! Huge portions and seriously addictive!!! I will give their restaurant a 4*/5*, the room 3*/5*, staff's friendliness 5*/5*
I really want to said that it is really bad attitude for service (the old woman maybe it is a boss here). I just tell her can I change the food because the first one you give me it’s too hard of middle about the rice! And she only said “you need to pay”! WXF? I just want to change the food because I didn’t want to spend more 30mins to waiting the food, just want to change the other dishes, and her facial expression show us we didn’t want to pay? It is really bad experience and decision I sit here to enjoy the food! “Rubbish attitude!!!!!
We had the homemade sousage with vegetables and baked potatoes - very tasty. Nice waiters as well!
On the colder side of things, place is not centrally heated and even with the heating in the room on full the room was a bit chilly still. However, the breakfast included is very extensive. The views are very nice. The hotel also has a restaurant included in the basement and it's very cosy and cabin style. The elevator is a little small, be sure to press the floor button after the door closes.
Arnaque! Scam! Parking was clearly stated as "free" when I did the reservation. But their outside parking lot was full when we arrived at 3:00 pm (only 10 places). The recptionist offered to park in the garage. At the check-out, they asked me to pay an additional 15 francs for one night in the garage! Very bad surprise. We will not come back.
Visited the restaurant for lunch, the meal was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful, the menu was a bit confusing. It's not cheap, but nothing in Leukerbad is.
