The added value of Connections is zero. They are supposed to plan holidays for you and save you precious time. In the end, you have to double check everything yourself and conclude that what they propose often makes zero sense from a practical point of view. Next time, I will organize it again myself: it will save me a lot time, frustration and money.

Dear all when i bought ticket in Leuven for Nepal trip up on down that time the connection staff told me you are luckky you can changed the date if you want without cost and they gave me written paper also and that time i asked more then three times there is no cost ? they say yes but when i was in Nepal and i was sick thats why i need to come after two days and i requested to them before 'four days then they ask me 75 euro charge why ? and i paid why like this ? Pls see that paper i am sending here if so how i can believe this organisation . Normally i used always this connection but now i have to think. I suggest to go also my friends always but now i have to think . This is not good treat with me .

Klantenservice 0. Hey Connections, de Middeleeuwen hebben gebeld. Ze willen hun klantenservice terug. “We kunnen de maatschappij niet bereiken want het is zondag”. We liepen risico vast te zitten in de LA-lockdown. In afwachting van onze terugvlucht kregen we een automatische mail met foute info. Lekker veel extra betaald door bij jullie te boeken, want wacht-waarom-boeken-we-weeral-via-een-agentschap? Ahja, DE SERVICE. We hebben dan maar zelf een vlucht geboekt om thuis te geraken, en al ons geld zijn we natuurlijk kwijt. Plus extra kosten. Doe mij en uzelf een plezier en boek niet via Connections. Ook al is hun slogan \wij staan klaar voor jou\. De ironie.
