HORRIBLE LAYING AND STEALING COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IGNORANT HANDLING OF CUSTOMER ISSUES. Do yourself good NEVER USE MEGA! The claimed cheap rates is fake! You will be charged a high deposit fee every month. Most likely you won't be refunded! And if you change address and decide to take them with you prepare to pay double! - Poor to none customer support - NOT CHEAP - NOT GREEN ENERGY - they buy it from other energy producers - They operate in a manner that is 100% beneficial for them and will do all to say that the customer has done everything wrong.

Complete rip-off. My gas and electric bill is over 200 euro per month!!! Their online estimates said it would be about 30 per month... Do not trust this company!

I switched to this supplier after a group purchase auction organized by the Willebroek town. According to their calculations, as well as to the final offer, I would save 371 euro per year, representing a reduction of a bit more of 20% with respect to my previous supplier. My surprise came when I received my first invoice, which was about 6% *higher* than with my previous supplier. In other words: not only is was not the promised saving, not even a saving, it was costing me more money! After a short exchange of e-mails, they acknowledged a mistake from their part and agreed to settle further invoices to the amount of original offer if I paid the two first months at the higher rate (!!!) which I naively did. The third month I got again an invoice for the same, excessive amount. Only that this time they did not respond to any e-mail I sent, and when I called to ask about the problem they switched me to a line where nobody picked up the phone while the meter was running for me. The \we call you back\ slogan that they display on their web page is just a lie: they won't call you back. At that moment I decided to switch back to my previous supplier and to write a letter to the town of Willebroek warning them about Mega practices and recommending to stay away from this company in future group purchase auctions. Bottom line: don't go for this company, they cheat you and they cannot keep their own promises! And their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Judging by the amount of negative reviews, I can see that I'm not the only one affected by their customer-unfriendly practices; I guess I should have done some research first...

Just changed to MEGA. There was a small mistake in the contract which was corrected professionally and swiftly. I was impressed with the customer service who really took care and acted very friendly.
