The tartes are great, the service is just absolutely terrible. I ordered a pie in person, paid for it yesterday, and when i went to to pick it up today. They wouldn't give it to me since i had no receipt and my payment did not appeared in the system. If you don't deliver without receipt, say it upfront, so people know they have to have it with them. The best part, they don't make to order if you don't pay upfront... My name was written in the box, but still, they wouldn't give the pie to me. I had to go to my bank to get a receipt so I could collect my 9 pie and in top of that, I am a regular customer. No point on ordering things in advanced, i lost time yesterday ordering it, and today as well.
I've tried many cake shops in Leuven, this one got me back again...
