For the last 12 months I had sessions with Richard on life / career coaching and English. As a professional entrepreneur Richard is always prepared, always on time, makes the most of every minute of each session. He is really passionate about his work, a very patient person, an active listener, always with a handful of great tips, solutions and strategies. I especially appreciated those related to life-work-balance, time and task management at work, setting and achieving my next career goals. He would never impose anything, just asks the right questions to help truly understand the situation and find the best way to address it. After each session I feel energized, motivated and with much more clarity in my thoughts. Above all Richard is a wonderful, understanding person to talk to and share a problem with. For the course of last year, we managed to change my way of thinking in many ways, I became more efficient, disciplined, calm and self-confident person, all that adds to living happier and healthier life. Richard coached me during the process of job interviews and starting a new job. He took the time to understand my starting point. Combined with his knowledge on a wide range of topics and his own experience of working in the corporate environment this led to advice that was very well adapted to my personal situation.
