Bad customer service . Not how it should be .
Make the customer feel like a nuisance. It’s a bold strategy Cotton, let’s see if it pays off for them. Like many other reviewers already said: personnel makes you feel unwelcome, doesn’t know their products and is very unfriendly.
Friendly and fast.
I always have had a great costumer service when ordering capsules at Nespresso. As an Ambassador I did a first attempt for a Pick Up in the \Boutique\, whilst ordering an exclusive set of capsules. However the personnel in the \Boutique\ is not that skilled when dealing with a problem... Such a shame for such a good brand... Perfect place to buy a machine, but additional service is a big no no
The worst place ever in Leuven, personnel give you the impression that you come there begging, I am a professional client who owns a business and I wanted to change to Nespresso, but thanks to those impolite, unfriendly and arrogant subjects in that shop, I will stick to my ground coffee machine.and
