I've lots of glasses and plates from this shop in my cupboard. All the experiences were nice until my last visit. It was a young lady who served us. I didn't feel welcomed at all. What's even ironic is that she suddenly became enthousiast when she heard that I was going to buy. To be fair, I still give 2 stars for the nice experience in the past. But I'm sorry that I'll never go back to this shop again. There are many other friendly Villeroy & Boch shops.

Vriendelijk kan ik ze niet noemen. Helemaal niet welkom gevoeld toen ik binnenstapte. Ze werden wel ineens zeer vriendelijk toen ze doorhadden dat ik een heleboel borden ging aanschaffen. Chance voor hen dat hun produten mooi zijn, anders zou ik nooit willen teruggaan.
