This place has a reputation for good focaccia, which I believe it deserves. Nonetheless they obviously treat locals differently from tourists, sometimes making the latter feel they are almost unwanted in the shop. For people who think the quality of the service is as important as what you buy, this is a place to avoid, in particular if you are not Italian/local. The fact that you sell good focaccia should not authorize you to be rude with clients, in particular tourist, who keep the whole Levanto business alive.
