I am a professional swinging trapeze artist currently waiting for the circus works to reopen post pandemic. I am in the process of setting up a trapeze rig in my backyard, and had no idea if it was even possible to create a GIANT (15' ft x 5' ft) mirror to create a complete outdoor studio. Not only was it possible with the help of Level Glass Work they made it look easy!!! They were even able to pick up a few trapeze tricks along the way. I am used to working with extremely talented and creative people in my line of work, and I was blown away by how imaginative and ingenious Karim and Carlos were. I can not recommend them enough! Being able to practice trapeze and stay in shape during the pandemic is a complete game-changer for me, and Level Glass Work made sure that my show was able to go on. I will be forever grateful!

Beware. Like other recent posts they took my deposit (3150) 3 months ago and then disappeared with the money. They won't take phone calls or return emails and I'm going to have to take legal action to get my money back. I went to the shop and spoke to them in person. They promised to get a firm date for the project to happen or give my money back that day. Neither has happened. Update: I had the police call them and they said they needed 2 months to give the money back (more lies). Also opened a case with the better business bureau and Level Glass have not responded despite 3 attempts.
BEWARE: These guys are scam artist. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They set an initial appoint, was a bit late...no problem. But when I reviewed the dimensions they took, they were inaccurate. Had Sammy (claimed to be supervisor) rescheduled to come for new measurements. He was 3hrs late. Took measurements, a signed contract, my 50% deposit and disappeared. Never heard one word from them again. Despite my many text messages, phone calls and emails...no response. Now I'm stuck trying to find a new shower glass installer on the same day Level Glass Work was to install. Also, when you look on their website, the main photo is one taken in NYC. If they are located in Alexandria, VA, why post a photo of a glass exterior door of a commercial building in NYC. Such scam artists!!!
I used their service first time this weekend. They changed my window glass. First time came and took measurements. No charge for estimates. They came back after 4 days with new glass and replaced my old one. I would highly recommend their service. I will use them next time if need arrive. Thank you Carlos and Carlton for good work. Keep up the good work.
Level Glass Work is fantastic! My daughter works as a trapeze artist for Cirque du Soleil and with the pandemic, she has not been able to perform. Her dream was to turn our backyard into an outdoor trapeze studio. With the help of Karim and Carlos from Level Glass Work, they built and attached a 15 by 5 ft mirror to our treehouse next to the 15 foot tall trapeze rig she just set up. Level Glass Work helped make it possible—in spite of the circumstances—that my daughter can continue practicing and perfecting her passion, and for that, I am grateful. If you are in need of a glass/mirror company, I cannot recommend them enough!
Kareem has done an excellent job on installing my shower door. He was punctual, very professional and extremely pleasant to be around. I fully intend to use Level Glass for any future projects. Specifically I will request that Kareem do any future installations we require.
Had he come out for an estimate and ended up getting my studio glass replaced same day! What I Initially thought was gonna be a 1-2 week process ended up taking less than 8 hour. Highly recommend.
