First time being here and didn't have a good impression at all but it seemed okay, not an awful lot to do for a 7 year old. One of their teddy grabbing machines wasn't registering the money you put in it and when I said to a dude who worked here that was cleaning the machines, all he had to say was he was new here and didn't know what to do.... . I asked him who would know and he told me to go to the front desk. After I spoke to the women at first desk she told me to send the dude over to her and she would give him the keys.... so I felt like a damn worker there running after people to send them to the desk?!?!?! LOL. Not the customers issue that their machine does not work properly, and they never did bother to check it or put an 'out of order' sign up, so more people will probably have the same issues. We did get our prize but I definitely won't be back here. Incompetent staff with not very good customer service. The only good thing was the nice lady who works in the cafe who made an exceptionally good latte.
Grandkids love it here. Good security and all kinds of foods and drinks (non alcoholic of course) available all day. Exciting area for kids to play. Good prices.
A good place to bring kids. Provisions were generally good but no working hand dryers in either toilet when we visited.
Good size of place for kids to run around, however action zone really would benefit from a good clean and an update. Ball pit was bare and what little balls were there were ripped and old. Only 1 out of 4 ball cannons worked when I took my boy a couple weeks ago, the 2 ball machines in the ball pit area didnt work either. Its quite dated I think but nonetheless kids seem to enjoy themselves and entry price is cheap.
Nice place, small but pretty much a good affordable place to take the little ones.
