We had our Attic converted just before Christmas, price was great, service was great, and the finish was excellent. Will definitely be using for any future remodelling.

The worst builders I have ever dealt with! Really shoddy work with terrible finish - every corner that could be cut, was. Steve’s 'Boys’ were unskilled and unsupervised and site untidy and a mess (a sure sign of poor workmen). Dishonest too - charged for work they didn’t do and you couldn’t see (eg. insulation in walls and floor) and then denied it. Of course, the promised photos didn’t turn up and the guarantee was worthless. Not that I would have wanted these people back on site. I keep finding defects even now. Very sadly, I am a genuine customer with the invoices and the bills for remedial work to prove it. Challenges to the quality of the work were met with denials and empty promises and they then refused to respond to emails, letters or texts. Alliance Construction attempt to report and remove any poor reviews they can - or pretend that the customer isn’t one of theirs. It is too late for me - but wanted to warn others, especially as I know I wasn’t the only person to be ripped off by these people
These guys are the best. They came to our rescue after water damage had been found during recent re decoration, and saved us having to wait another 5 weeks to have our new carpet laid. John and Stuart tackled the problem with gusto and lots of laughter. They know what they're doing and just got on with it, even though it was dark and wet. We've used this company a couple of times in the past and will definitely be using them again. Thank you guys, you saved the day for us.
Brilliant work, starting from quote to finish. Flexible with us and our need to change the initial quote and work needed. Reliable, keeping us informed each day and letting us know when a delay would be happening due to weather. Trustworthy, after lockdown lifted things we very hectic for us with schools going back and work hours changing. Being able to trust them to arrive on time and giving a key to lock up. Absolutely perfect. Love everything they did for us ( knocking out a cupboard, replacing flooring and door frames, building internal wall and more). We will be calling you back Steve to get more stuff booked in . Also a bonus for me was how good you guys were with my kids. They looked forward to seeing you and thank you for taking the time in treating them so kindly and answering all their questions.
Can not recommend these guys enough!! They renovated my house making it open plan, by knocking down brick walls and installing steel beams. They showed up when they said the would and kept my house as tidy as possible. The boys were polite and nothing I asked seemed to be a problem. They were more than happy to discuss my job and explain to me why certain things were required. I will definitely be using alliance construction again for any work I have in The future and would be happy to recommend them!
We used this company for our home extension. From the first contact to completion we found this company to be professional, trustworthy and reliable. We were given a start date and completion date and both were adhered to. They work on a weekly invoicing system and you only pay for what has been carried out. We felt this was a far better way of paying as we never felt uneasy about being out of pocket. We were kept regularly updated on all aspects of our build. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company, and have done so to a few friends.
Alliance construction renovated my home from top to bottom, we found the guys to be very polite, always on time and very hard working. If they had to pick up material and were going to be later, we were made fully aware beforehand. All round first class service!!
I contracted Alliance construction to convert my garage. I found all the boys to be pleasant and hardworking. Everything was very transparent and I was kept informed along the way, nothing seemed to be a problem for these guys!! I would not hesitate to use this company again.
