Recently had a carpet fitted and supplied by this company and I am not impressed at all. After choosing my carpet I had to wait 5 weeks for it to be ordered and a further 3 weeks for it to be fitted. On inspection of the carpet and the fitting it has it has not been done properly! Carpet has been cut too short on the stairs so I am left with gaps each side and there is chunks missing out of it! Have tried to phone the shop to discuss this on many occasions and no answer
