Twice in recent years, Bob's taxis has come to the rescue during medical problems for my husband. We once had to be rushed to a hospital after getting off a flight, rather than going home, and Bob's did a lot of running around to lessen the strain we were under when my husband was very ill. More recently, during the Covid crisis, Bob's took my husband to a hospital under very clean conditions, which the hospital demanded, and then ferried us around in the rain on a windy dark evening to get him home again. The drivers are always pleasant, courteous and careful, which we appreciate, the cars are spotless, the taxis arrive on time or early, and we feel we get personal service from the staff, who take care to make sure that all is running smoothly. Apart from hospital runs, we more often use Bob's if we need a ride to an airport or elsewhere, of course. We can't praise Bob's enough.
