Top class customer service. Very efficient staff at all levels. Clean and tidy both in table and toilet area. I would recommend to both local and visiting customers.
Spacious interior, clean, nice food. A member of staff went above and beyond today to make me feel welcome, will definitely be going back for the great service.
Staff getting pretty stressed with managing Track & Trace. There was an individual A5 blackboard easel advertising Luxury Fruit Toast so I ordered some. I was told it hadn't been available for some time due to supply issues. I suggested they take the sign down and I was told that if they took the sign down that they would have to take all the signs down which made exactly no sense at all. Not a great visit. If I wanted to be snapped at, I'd have had a coffee at home with the wife!
Always love going to Costa in Leven, great staff and always a friendly atmosphere
Upon arriving at costa leven this morning I was met with a very long queue the lady from costa called tracy was telling everyone to log in to track and trace which is all good but several elderly people who had android phones and could not log in were being told to leave, several people did leave, my friend and I who have apple phones logged in and entered no problem but upon seeing so many elderly people struggling to log in we helped a few to do this, I think the lady tracy should have had the training to help all the people who were struggling to put in the details on there phones for track and trace, I do not blame the staff for this problem but the upper management however I think she could have been more understanding of the fact this is not easy for elderly to navigate on android phones, I think that possibly leven costa shall now lose custom because of this, so very unfortunate as it is a very popular costa venue. Please costa can you sort this problem out with training or you may find you lose even more customers, the usual staff go above to serve us and do the best they can in these hard circumstances, yours sincerely a very concerned customer.
