Less than helpful when I went in with my engine light on...couldn't get to speak to anyone apart from the receptionist who implied if I could drive it was ok and one of the guys was going on his lunch so if I came back later they could maybe look at it...I went to Kwik Fit round the corner they looked at it right away...took all of 10 mins and charged me nothing.
