I have extremely high standards and at times I may be a little demanding however Lee never fails to answer give me a great service and more importantly top quality work. Lee has helped me renovate over 10 BTL properties now and he has great ideas he always finds the most cost effective solutions. He knows his stuff when it comes to legal standards for rental properties and makes sure everything is above board for the Gas and Electricity sides - he usually arranges for his Electricians and Gas engineer to visit the properties for me which saves me a lot of hassle! Since using Lee's services on my projects he has also completed a garden office for me and an extension and I am so impressed with the work he has done for me. Thank you :) !!!!
