Great idea having timed slots, much quieter than before, much more room per car. Plenty of signs informing you where to put all the different types of rubbish you want to get rid of.

As a van owner never had a problem staff asked a few questions and took some details just doing there job

All the years the guys that run the site were helpful .friendly and looked out for folk . But now since they changed hrs ,staff it is terrible You try to be polite say morning etc half the time not even acknowledged. Then if you ask for assistance dismissed or ignored. Terrible site now

One particular employee at the barrier told me \ smile\ being sarcastic ..What gives you the right to talk to someone like that ...I could've been having the worst day .Very unprofessional, gladly not all are like this .
