I visited Miami Pizza Parlour last Thursday - I was greeted by a young girl who came from outside assuming she had had a cigarette. Very plain spoken and dull with no customer service skills whatsoever. After giving my order of a chicken burger and fries she continued to make my burger with no hygiene equipment. Later I found a long hair in my burger. I am assuming it belonged to her. I also asked for no lettuce but still got lettuce on my chicken burger. I was reluctant to post this review although I will not be returning to somewhere with staff members so unhygienic and unprofessional. Also no masks! We have a pandemic ongoing! grow up!
