Just had my eye test and contact lens check today from Optical Express in Leven. Amazing customer service from the minute I entered the store. Very helpful staff and super safe Covid 19 measures in place. Can't wait to return to collect my new glasses and contact lenses.

I was very recently in the Leven store and had an absolutely first class experience. This was solely down to the dedication, time spent and knowledge of the member of staff - Ewelina. Ewelina was utterly fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and even in the current climate she made me feel completely at ease. At no point was she pushy or attempting to push me over my budget, quite the opposite in fact. She helped to pick me the right frames based on my requirements and feedback and offered honest feedback as to whether what I had selected suited me or not. Can't wait to collect. Highly recommend this store.

Visited Leven site and was treated with professional and courteous staff. Ewelina with initial tests and assistance finalising what I needed was particularly good. Cynthia the optometrist is always excellent. I remain a loyal customer as a result.

Absolutely the nicest opticians I have ever been to. Exceptionally welcoming, professional and sincere in the whole process so wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Even got a free cookie because I officially retired yesterday. Very Genuine and down to earth staff. Keep up the great work folks. Thankyou.

The staff were very helpful, please t. The hygiene standereds were high wipe things down after and before use. They wore. Protective clothing.
