Bought XA2 screen repair. phone was a mess when returned they had to part the phone to remove screen. Phone is no longer water resistant due to this. Screen was basic glass which we were not informed and broke again when dropped on a CARPET from seated position on couch. Screen looked like it had been dropped from a window with the shattered glass. For a cost of 70 I expected a better quality of screen

Really friendly and helpful guys, more helpful than EE and Vodafone were!! My boyfriend's phone was locked and we had been in both stores and on the phone to the companies and neither shop could fix it. We were lucky that phone express managed to fix the phone and were really quick to do so and reasonable prices too. Thank you both so much!
Amazing service, guys are really nice and fix things same day. Charge less than most places and have fixed things I was told couldn't be fixed by other stores! Wouldn't waste my money going anywhere else.
