Order came without rice. Went back to restaurant. Left in the rain for five minutes only to be charged for it? Very nice. A little disrespectful considering the error was on the restaurant? Previously ordered two portions of Som Tam (without wings) which normally is 5 each. This time up to 5.95. No problem with the small increase. But when after returning home and easily fitting both portions inside one tub is disappointing - basically 11.98 for less than one salad. Really? And the Pad Thai is far from authentic. Pad Thai is a dry dish that should not be swimming in sweet and sour juice. I lived all over Thailand long enough to say your claim of 'authenticity' is a farce. Perhaps taking more care of your customers in future would be a good idea.

Genuine Thai food, had home delivery twice, different meals, all of which were really nice.. small delivery charge but worth it as the portions are so big they lasted us 2 days. Very friendly and helpful staff, including delivery guy. Will continue to order from there, thank you.
