Super friendly and professional staff, office is clean, well lit and comfortable. They take precautions against COVID19 too. The prices are competitive and the customer service is amazing; I didn't even always have to pay for cleaning services when I expected to pay anyway. Just thankful they're around.

From the first phone call to the background questionnaire this practice pays attention to the details and the the customer! My appointment was COVID safe and the 75 minute examination was free. I went for the purpose of getting hearing aids but they really paid attention to my concerns and my needs for the aids. In the end I got the “invisible” aids (and yes they are virtually impossible to see) and I was fitted right then for the custom aids. I’ll add pictures later this week when I get them. Best customer service I have ever received at an audiologist (and possibly anywhere). Ask me anything- I highly recommend them. And here are the hearing aids as promised...
When I chose Madison, owner of LEVINE HEARING, to help me with securing what I needed in hearing aids, I immediately knew I had made the right decision in choosing them. Madison immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed in discussing my need of aids with her. I found her to be personable, professional, patient, and thorough in discussing my choice of aids and her explaining what is happening from the beginning of the test on through the choice of the aids. Madison answered any question I had from beginning to end during my visit to her office and encouraged me to contact her if I had further questions after leaving. Really was looking for a place that could help me with my older hearing aids, which Eileen said she could do. However, after finding out about new technology, I decided to try new ones. I couldn't be happier both with the hearing aids and also with the service that I received from Eileen. Thorough, professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable. I can't recommend Levine Hearing and Eileen enough. I'm so glad I called them.
Been having an issue with clarity for quite some time. Finally did something about it after hearing the advert on WBT. I have to say I'm very glad I did. Madison takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. You'll never feel rushed, and she is the one that deals with everything. I found the perfect device for my lifestyle and work environment I highly recommend her.
