Worst experience ever, very unprofessional will advise not to use them. My partner and I have tried to book an ultimate army assault course since the end of July. We applied online but received no response for weeks. We called and was told no worries you will get an email from us, weeks went by and no email. We called the following week, they said oh sorry we will send you an email, the same thing happened no email. Then a week later we got an email from them. It was addressed to the wrong name and in the email they asked us to fill a form out again, something we had done twice now once online and other time on the phone with them. That being said we still filled out the form and sent it back to them. It has been 5 weeks now since we made the enquiry and we have not received any email to confirm our booking. We called again and was told the same thing that they will send an email. In short this was a horrible experience. My advice, don’t bother using them because they will waste your time when you could have been working with another more professional company.

Brilliant response to COVID-19, the wedding got postponed and Adventure Connections allowed us to move to 2021. They were very responsive and made the whole process so easy, so glad we booked with them and 100% will use them again.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Loved Kirkhill Mansion, full of character. Suited the hen weekend nicely because we had plenty of space and could all eat together. The hot tub was a cheeky touch too. Adventure Connections organised everything and made it so simple, they were on hand each time I had a question and will definitely use them again! I had explained on the phone that my experience of booking with them had not been pleasant but they did not care, did not try and help make the situation better but just told me the same thing which is I will get an email. Horrible experience-this process was very stressful and a huge waste of time, don’t bother using them, use a more professional company.

Adventure connections were very easy to deal with. They provided accessible, friendly, personal contact over the phone and email - they were very easy to get hold of and we were able to check every detail of the trip with them. The service provided by Adventure Connections was comprehensive, and the website is easy to use to build a personalised trip itinerary, with plenty of options for accommodation, destinations and activities. I would recommend using them again if I was planning a trip away for a group of people.

I found it really difficult trying to piece together all the different elements of my sisters hen do. Adventure connections took all of the stress out of this, organising the house and activities for me! They were so helpful and made sure everything was in place! Would definitely use them again!
