Jobsworth manager unwilling to sell me a second cartridge as part of their promo, after only one hour of initial purchase. Clarke's over the road turned out to be more cost effective, even after the WHSmiths 'discount' applied.

Got almost everything and has the post office in as well, as most of them do now. Has improved over the time it has been there as well.

Always prefer to use the self-service here as it means I don't have to deal with the unhelpful and incompetent staff - especially the female ones!
