corresponded with the stupid receptionist the the day before our appt. that they would show the next day between 11-1. great. so i had my elderly mother come over on appt. day at 10:45. while i was at work. well i got home from work at 4:00and found they never showed. nor did they call. i checked in with mother at 2:15 to see how things were going and was given a heads up about no-show so i tried calling them 4-5times and noone would even answer. unprofessional
