A Beautiful day at the trails of Highbanks Metro Park. Sunny or shady the paths are safe and ready for footsteps. Saw a deer crossing the road nature is amazing

Our family had a brunch here, and it was so nice! Great pavilion and beautiful natural surroundings... Lake, etc. Nice red Barn. Plenty of parking. Lots of open space for the kids to have fun. I believe it has to be reserved in advance.

Nice place for an outing. Went with a scout group and we reserved it for the day. Right next to a pond and has a covered shelter, with electric outlets. Big fire ring and a Gaga pit for kids to play Gaga ball. You do have to reserve it to be able to use it. Very close to one of the main trails.

Very nice facilities for camping, hiking, and fishing. The park ranger was so helpful for our cubscout overnight stay.
