Great service. I went in to get an alignment and 4 tires replaced for 460 which is less than I've heard some people pay for. My tire went flat a week later, I took it in and they covered the whole cost. Would recommend going here!

This location of firestone is shady. I went to this location because they were the closest to me at the moment and were the only ones accepting clients without an appointment. My window was stuck and the only thing, I wanted them to do is put it back up. I had to pay for a window inspection, which was fine (even though I got well over charged). My problem is that they began to mess with stuff underneath my hood that had nothing to do with what I came to them for. They completed disoriented my cables that were hooked to my battery, thinking that I would not notice. I have videos and pictures of how everything looked underneath my hood before I had gone to them, and videos and pictures of how it looked after I got serviced by them. What they were trying to do is create more problems for me, so that they could create more business for themselves. Nice try.
