It’s always a pleasure to go to the dentist’s office!! How many people say that?! Everyone is professional but friendly and really good at what they do. Thanks to Dr. Moore and his entire team!

Backstory: I have gone to the same dentist since my first tooth came in as a baby. In adulthood, I have tried 3 different times to find a new dentist and each time was a total failure. But now that I have 3 kids (2 in school) it was getting unreasonable to keep driving back home (2 hours away) for cleanings. So about a year ago, I got a recommendation from a local orthodontist for Dr. Cliff Moore of Moore Dental at Lewis Center. I very warily made my appointment and was very honest with them that I'd hated every other dentist I'd tried in my life. And they were GREAT. The front desk, the hygienist, and Dr. Moore are all awesome. They are always running on time and get you in and out quickly. Dr. Moore takes the time to talk with you, learn about you, talk about your concerns, and is aware of cost when recommending services (night guards, retainers, etc.).
So happy to have found this practice. It’s been a year now and everyone is equally lovely. The ladies at the front office and check out are so cheerful and accommodative while booking appointments. Both the hygienists Chelsea and Lindsey are friendly, amazing at what they do. Lindsey was so patient with my wriggly 3 year old. Dr Moore is wonderful, answers your questions and takes the time and doesn’t rush. He also refers you to the right doctors if need be. Thank you to Dr Moore and his team!
My husband and I had been seeing another local dentist for the past year and, although they got the job done, I felt that the atmosphere there was cold and impersonal, and I felt like I was looked at as a dollar sign and not as a person. Well, we just had our first visit with Dr. Moore this afternoon and we couldn't be more pleased! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Then Dr. Moore came out to the waiting room to say hi and introduce himself beforehand. Both of our hygienists, Chelsea and Lindsay, were very personable and were great about explaining everything they were doing and listening to any concerns we may have. When it was time for Dr. Moore to come in, he was also very personable and made an effort to get to know us each before telling us a little bit about his background. I also really like that he treats his staff with respect and kindness. Above all, I feel confident in the abilities of Dr. Moore and his staff. The care we received was very thorough and they happily addressed all of my concerns. My husband and I look forward to returning in 6 months! :)
Dr. Moore is so great. Patient and caring. Takes the time to explain everything. As someone with dental-phobia, this is really important to me. I've had some terrible experiences but Dr. Moore and his whole team are the best. Clean, modern environment. Knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend!
